Exchange and Return Policy
1 Contact us regarding exchange / return and receive confirmation that this can be done. Pack all the products you want to replace, make sure they are in the original packaging with the tags, without any use
2 Attach the invoice
3 Write the reason for the replacement / return and which product or size you would like to replace

Exchange / Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to exchange or return the items you purchased within 14 days of receiving the items. With an invoice and its original packaging without any use being made of it. For each cancellation of an order / return of a product that is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of NIS 29 or 5% of the transaction (whichever is higher) will be charged, in addition to the cost of shipping.
Replacement and return will be made in the warehouse only.
