Global Trade | Strategic Procurement | International Operations
Amit Shoshan is an international businessman and executive specializing in the development and management of global trade systems, strategic procurement, supply chains, and cross-border commercial infrastructure. His work connects the private and institutional sectors and focuses on building B2B and G2G frameworks that connect companies, manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, institutional bodies, and international partners.
From Command Experience to International Systems Management
Shoshan's professional background began within Israel's security services. a veteran of significant command roles as an officer in the Israeli security forces, in roles involving leadership, responsibility, operational command, and work within complex security environments.
He later transitioned into business and executive management and, over approximately two decades, accumulated extensive experience managing companies, subsidiaries, and large-scale operational systems, including organizations employing thousands of employees.
This combination of operational and business experience shaped his management approach: operational discipline, clear allocation of responsibility, counterparty verification, risk management, process control, and the ability to lead systems involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.

International Director – Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce
Alongside his leadership of Super Brand, Shoshan serves as International Director of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce (JCC), a business institution operating since 1908.
In this role, he is involved in the management and coordination of international activity across the Chamber's global network, which includes 18 branches and representations worldwide.
His expertise lies in connecting Institutional Relations, B2B, G2G, and International Trade Execution, while building infrastructure that enables institutional relationships to develop into commercial opportunities and executable transactions.
Authorized International Trade Arm of JCC
Within the structure that has been developed, Super Brand Trade & Investments serves as the authorized and exclusive international trade arm of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce.
This model creates a clear distinction between the institutional infrastructure of JCC and the commercial execution layer provided by Super Brand. JCC provides the international network and institutional framework, while Super Brand provides the sourcing, procurement, supplier management, supply chain, logistics, and commercial execution capabilities.
Through his roles within both systems, Shoshan operates at the point where institutional infrastructure connects with international commercial execution.
Sri Lanka – Strategic Infrastructure in South Asia
Sri Lanka represents one of the most significant operating centers within the international framework developed by Shoshan.
As part of his international activity, he manages the activities of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce branch in Sri Lanka, while Super Brand maintains a physical presence and operational infrastructure in the country, enabling direct work with manufacturers, suppliers, and local business partners.
This local activity supports sourcing, inspections, procurement, supplier management, logistics, and commercial development, making Sri Lanka an active operational base for South Asian trade activity.
Super Brand's Government Vendor Status in Israel
Under Shoshan's leadership, Super Brand Trade & Investments Ltd. is registered as an approved general government vendor within the central procurement system of the State of Israel, under the Accountant General and Ministry of Finance.
For international partners conducting KYC, Compliance, and Due Diligence, this status provides an additional institutional layer and an official point of verification regarding the company's identity and registration within the governmental procurement framework.
Shoshan's approach is based on building an infrastructure in which international commercial activity is supported not only by relationships, but also by clear corporate identity, documentation, verification, structured procedures, and accountability.
B2B & G2G Infrastructure
One of Shoshan's core areas of specialization is the development of infrastructure supporting Government-to-Government (G2G) and Business-to-Business (B2B) activity.
The international network is supported by a dedicated digital infrastructure operated by JCC, designed to centralize and manage membership, verification, trade, procurement, business relations, and international opportunities.
The objective is to create a closed and verified commercial environment in which counterparties can be identified and evaluated before progressing into meaningful international transactions.
KYC, Compliance & Due Diligence
Shoshan's approach is based on a central principle: a serious transaction begins with identifying and verifying the parties involved.
Depending on the membership level and the nature of the requested activity, the onboarding and verification process may include corporate documents, identification and authorized signatory documentation, banking information and verification, financial documentation where required, legal counsel and CPA details, and additional corporate documentation.
Corporate Verification
Verification of company documentation, identity, and authorized signatories.
Financial Review
Review of financial documentation and capacity according to transaction requirements.
Legal & CPA
Legal counsel and accountant details as part of the verification framework.
Due Diligence
Counterparty review before access to sensitive commercial activity.
Executive Trade Infrastructure
Alongside the membership and verification environment, a dedicated infrastructure has been developed for users and counterparties seeking to progress to a more advanced level of commercial activity.
The system integrates market information and pricing data updated through digital data sources and APIs, including relevant energy, commodities, and commercial market information.
The Executive layer is designed to provide approved users with access to commercial information, transaction procedures, and the processes required to move from an initial trade inquiry to transaction evaluation and execution.
Where relevant, transactions may also require verification of financial capability, RWA – Ready, Willing and Able, banking documentation, and accepted payment or financial security mechanisms according to the structure of the transaction.
