Return Policy: Our return policy allows you to exchange or return the items you purchased within 14 days of receiving the items. With an invoice and its original packaging without any use being made of it. No replacements and returns will be given for lingerie products. For any cancellation of an order / return of a product that is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of NIS 29 or from the transaction (whichever is higher) will not be included in the shipping fee.
